Gray's Spicy Ginger Juice Recipe
Many of my friends know, I have a pretty sensitive tummy. Soooo many times Dev has heard me say my belly hurts and I’ve actually figured out a few foods that trigger it (maybe I’ll share more on this in another post later!), but I’ve got to say the one BIG TIME remedy for my frequent belly aches is GINGER ROOT. I just chop a chunk of ginger root and chew on it for hours and it always makes an upset belly feel better! I’ve acquired a love for the spice. Eat it raw, put it in steamy hot water with lemon, or JUICE IT. Bye bye belly ache.

Bag of carrots
ginger root (size of the palm of your hand - SPICY)
1/2 bag of celery
